Some of our projects are released as open source under specific licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). Open-source projects are governed by their respective licenses, which can be found in the project repositories.

• Your User Content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUSIONKONG AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to FusionKong during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FusionKong and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Termination

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
