Is automated review requesting allowed?
Yes. Sending your own customers a link to your Google profile is fine. What is not allowed is paying for reviews, faking them, or only asking customers you know are happy while blocking others from the link - we set it up the compliant way.
What software do I need?
Usually nothing new. We connect to whatever you already run - job management tools, booking systems, Xero, or your calendar - and add the messaging on top.
Can I approve messages before they go out?
Yes. Start in review mode where you approve each request, then switch to fully automatic once you trust it.
