Who I am
I'm Quintin — founder of FusionKong Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne. I've spent over 10 years in software engineering and IT consulting, from small businesses to a rising-star Australian startup to Zendesk in the US, where I worked on AI Platform and Infrastructure.
At Zendesk I saw the same pattern everywhere: smart people spending hours on work a machine could handle in minutes. Not because they didn't know better — because nobody had set it up for them. That's what I do now.
I work with Melbourne SMBs — tradies, clinics, accountants, professional services — the businesses without a tech team. You've got a business to run. I make sure the follow-ups, reminders, and admin don't become your second job.
Why FusionKong
I wanted to build things that matter — both for clients and as my own products. FusionKong does both: a consulting side that helps real businesses right now, and a labs side where I scratch my own itches and ship whatever I'm curious about.
