Ex-Zendesk engineer. Melbourne-based. I founded FusionKong to build the business systems and automation small businesses need to run smoothly, stop losing enquiries, and build what comes next.
Who I am
I'm Quintin, founder of FusionKong Pty Ltd in Melbourne. I've spent over 10 years in software engineering, from small businesses to an Australian startup and Zendesk in the US, where I worked on AI Platform and Infrastructure.
At Zendesk I learned how reliable platforms, thoughtful product decisions, and good engineering can make complicated work feel simple. FusionKong brings that approach to smaller businesses without requiring an internal technology team.
I work with Australian small businesses including tradies, clinics, accountants, professional services, and shops, in English or Mandarin. Most of the work is operations and automation, plus custom builds when the right tool does not exist. We build customer growth systems too, usually as a second project.

I wanted to build useful things for clients and ship products of my own. FusionKong builds business systems and automation for Melbourne small businesses. FusionKong Labs is where our independent software, games, and experiments live.

We start with a free audit. We learn what you want to improve, launch, or build, then explain the useful options in plain English. There is no obligation to continue.
If we move forward, we bring together the systems, automation, custom software, and supporting work the project needs. You get one person who understands the whole business, not a scoped ticket handed between accounts. Scope, timing, checkpoints, handover, and support are agreed after the audit, before work starts.
